Found these beautiful ones in Paresani Never seen them before or if I did they were old and tired. Mexico is the biggest producer in North America mostly from northern Baja I remember the ones we ate in Washington were quite fat but still good. Jamie Oliver has about 10 ways to cook them so looking forward to the feast.

The herders kept trying to make room so we could pass but their dog was seriously unliked by a big bull and he would charge across the road after the dog. I decided t be patient and just follow them.
