Rollo de Pan Bimbo

Hugo's wife brought over two large rolls of this yesterday for lunch and I first thought Sushi or those thin bread sandwich rolls but she made these with Pan Bimbo. Cut off the crust, smash it flat and roll ham, cheese and jalapenos inside then put it in the fridge. One and a half of these and I was full ... they are 'heavy'

I think I'll pass! Squashed Bimbo bread, rubber cheese, and likely pavo ham just doesn't seem right to me!

It's heavy ... but for hard working guys it fills you up. They/we do eat better usually

The construction of the house finished in April 2011 and I'm pretty much settled in. As of March 2014 I'm in preparation for rain mode for this coming summer. That includes sealing and painting things and dealing with drainage issues from last year.
